Is there any way that one can set up unread mail to be veiwed by other mail user ie boss and secratary boss wants to let the secratary read his unread mail threw her client but when she opens his mail file it shows all of them unread

Same issue here, our admin assistants can not tell if an email has been read yet or not because they all show up as unread when they are looking at someone else’s inbox. Any suggestions?

if running ver 6 what i did to get around it was load ver 6 and have the other persons id atached so you can log as the other person and the unread would be like the person you are veiwing hope this helps

Not that I’m aware of - perhaps someone else has some other ideas. When the secretary opens the boss’ mailbox, she can choose to “View | Show | Unread Only” but that’s initially going to show everything because she hasn’t read any of the boss’ messages. As she does read them, those messages will no longer show in the view. However, the Unread Marks are always going to be those that pertain to her, not the boss’ Unread Marks, which is what I think you’re really after, so this may not be helpful…
