I want to set a table to appear on the top of every page in a document. It’s this possible?

You cannot set a table to appear at the top of every page, but you can set a header like the Memo form which stays at the top while you scroll through the document.

I’ve tried this but I cannot set the header to be displayed on every page of the document. I don’t know how and if it’s possible.
