It always search server database when I open notes with local DBs

Dear all ,

I got one problem with open Notes client .

I already setup the connection with local connection as no connection . then I opened the Notes client in our LAN , it always connect my domino database in any case , but if I remove the cabling , it connected the server also .

So if I wanna could not connect the server when I opened the client , what shall I do on this issue ?

BTW, I already disabled the checkbox option in Location setting(When you start Notes , it will check the replica automatically)

Check user preferences - check for subscriptions

  • scan for unread

  • check for new mail every x minutes

Are you saying that your Location document has the connection type set to No Connection? If so, it should not hit any servers.

Are you saying you remove the network cable and it still hits the server? Is there a wireless network?
