One of the users reported that he is having issues while accessing lotus notes on the web, when he tries to access it, it says ‘file does not exist’. He is having no issues while accessing lotus notes using the lotus notes client at the workplace. Can anyone please help me as to how I need to troubleshoot this issue? FYI, we are using lotus notes 8.0.
Just to clarify, he is trying to use lotus notes on the web when he is offsite
I have referred the following article: http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg21304092, and checked the criteria given in that link to troubleshoot the above issue, and everything looks fine.
That particular user has editor access (he has full administrator access though) on his mail database on one of the replicated servers, I changed it to manager, not sure if it will have any effect on that.
