I have a user who gets an error saying they are not listed as an allowable author for this document. There are both author and reader fields on the document. Default to the DB is Author with create.
The user is listed in both author and reader fields along with some other folks, so I’m not sure what the issue is. There has been no name change or anything like that. However I notice the following in the Readers fields…

“CN=Dave Mustain/OU=CHI/O=Blah”
“CN=Glenn Tipton/OU=CHI/O=Blah”
“CN=Kerry King/OU=CHI/O=Blah”
Could the empty double quotes in the readers field be messing this up? I don’t know if the user can see the document; waiting for a reply.
