In summary, as a POP3/Outlook 2003 client sending email to a Domino/Lotus Notes user, (1) The recipient receives my email, (2) Replies to the message, (3) Upon me attempting to review the message, I find the Lotus Notes portion of the message is gone, but my original portion of the message is still in tact within the message itself, (4) Environment is known to be using Domino 6.x. in your outlook client go to Tools - Options - Mail Format and uncheck “Use Microsoft Office Word 2003 to edit e-mail messages” this should do it
