I have Lotus Notes 8.5 standard installed on a HP 2710p laptop that has Windows Vista SP2 Business Edition 32 bits installed.
First of all the laptop had Lotus Notes 8.5 basic. Because of a problem, it was necessary to reinstall (to reinstall I uninstall the app from control panel and then delete IBM folder and then install again). Since that, it didn’t run more. I installed the standard version and then all was ok, but, many days ago, Lotus crashes. I reinstalled (and deleting entries in registry too) again but the problem remains. I created a new names.nsf, new replica of the mail and the problem still remains. I tried to disable the energy option on windows that allows to suspend the laptop but the problem remains. I tried to do anything but the last option is to reinstall the laptop or even buy a new one (enterprise solution).
Can anyone help me a little bit? Anything will be appreciated. If you need more info tell me please.
