Issue upgrading a user to use Roaming Profile

I have a user, who when I try to upgrade to Roaming Profile, the AdminP process only sets the roaming status to In Progress in the Address book.

In the Admin Request database, the request sits as

Update Roaming User State in person Record. Nothing else happens.

How can I get the Roaming Profile setup for this user.

Subject: Issue upgrading a user to use Roaming Profile

The status will be inprogress until the user clicks Yes on the roaming upgrade popup box. If the user is not getting the popup box saying that he is being upgraded to roaming, do the following and restart notes client.

Add or change the following lines to the client’s notes.ini

RoamedHere=0

RoamClientPrompts=0

RoamingUpgrade=1

RoamingUserUpdateFlag=“”

and restart the notes client.
