We are facing problem in webmail access for some users.
When these users try to access mails from web , after authentication from server , these people get redirected to another users mail file.
Can you pls. help to resolve this issue.

Tell me more about these people that are redirected:Do they share a last name?
Are the Lotus Notes Internet Passwords the same?
Is the behavior something like this:

Ya its somewhat similar.In our setup we keep shortname as the employee no. The username is kept as combination of first name & last name. Say if firstname is John Peter then lotus user name will be john peter/cert/org. Also users are accessing mailbox using there username i.e. John Peter & not by their short name.
Let me give you a live example of error. Say there is user John1 S and A John . Both users are on different mail servers. So when John1 S tries to access his mailbox from web , without opening mailbox of user John1 S redirection takes the url to mailserver where A John is having mail file and stops on the server authetication page. So John1 S is not able to access his mail file as evertime url changes to that of A John.
