As the subject says, ISSI EZUpdate kept trying to install an update for “Notes Local Mail Replicator Scanner” every day.
A workaround for this issue has been documented here:

However, this is only a workaround. My notes.ini file is not corrupted, yet ISSI was not detecting the “Notes Local Mail Replicator Scanner” because it was listed on the last line of the file. So this problem will most likely re-occur anytime the feature being updated is listed on the last line if the notes.ini file.
