Our database is accessed over our intranet and I’ve always hidden menus using the @IsNotMember function (@IsNotMember(“[Admin]”;@UserRoles)) which has always worked fine.
Yesterday I decided to test the feature to allow staff to access this database using their Windows A.D password by removing the Notes password and now above feature does not seem to work and some menu’s are hidden from everyone including the staff in the Admin role?
It seems any Formula which checks the Roles for verification isn’t working when their password is sourced from A.D but if I enter their password back into Notes they receive the menus back?
Does this function not work because it see’s the Password field blank even though it is using the Windows Password?
Any help appreciated.
