Hi! In Telemadrid (Spain) we have migrated our Iseries from 5.0.9 to 6.0.1 CF1 Spanish. Our Clients acces to mail with Inotes inotes60.ntfwhen attach files have specials characters, like “´” “ª”, etc. The attach file is imposible to open.
We have reported to Ibm and we are waiting for solution.

I have the same problem with Japanese characters. Our iSeries is English with no langauge packs. Did you install the language packs?

Te escribo sobre el problema que tienes con inotes sobre AS400. El equipo de desarrollo en los estado unidos lleva el problema ahora. El problema ocurre en la versión en ingles y castellano. Entonces es el equipo en los EEUU que tiene que buscar una solución a la incidencia.
Creo que va a tardar bastante tiempo para obtener una solución al problema. Te llamaré el Martes que viene para decirte como nos va la incidencia.

SOLUTION!!!PROVISIONALIn Madrid, with our development equipment, we have put de inotes.cab of version 5 in the server, and in iexplorer of users we haver remove de inotes class, in this moment the system use the dll of old version, but until lotus give us a solution we can work with it.

We have the same attachment download problem with scandic (ä,ö…) characters in iNotes. I have opened call to Lotus Support but it is not solved yet.
Has anyone got it work?
