We’ve just moved from a 5.0.12 server to 6.5.3fp1 and there’s now a difference with meetings are scheduled.
Persons A, B & C belong to a dept, in fact they all belong to a group in the NAB. If either persons A,B or C invite someone NOT in the group to a meeting etc, persons A B & C all receive any replies made from person X. So, basically someone in a group invites someone outside the group to a meeting (scheduled) yet everyone in the group will receive replies and any other communication related to the original invite.
Your post is difficult to understand, but yes, the scheduling in 6.5.x is very different than in the 5.x stream.
What I think you’re describing doesn’t make sense for a “out of the box” template. From my experience, when I invite a person or a group, sending the invitation breaks the group(s) into individuals, and removes duplicates that may show up in differing groups or individuals and groups. If this didn’t happen, then one would get mulitple invitations to the same meeting.
If I receive an invitation, I can Respond, or Respond with Comments. But either way my response should go to the invitor, not the other invitees. Although somewhat different from the 5.x to the 6.x mail template, I think they’re fairly close to this.
