Is it possiable to create a folder in the inotes6.ntf and link it to a mail-in database? We just migrated from exchnage and have shared folders for certain groups of email and was curious the best way to solve this and the option above made sence but I am unsure if its possiable. Thanks for imput in advance

Take a look at how the Archive link works in the NotesMailOutline outline. You can do something similar, except your formula will be simpler if the server and filename are known and don’t have to be looked up. Something like: @Command([FileOpenDatabase];ARCHIVESERVER:ARCHIVEDBPATH)

ok I tried this and I get get the link to show up under tools but can’t get anything else. Any help would be great sorry for so many questions I have a ton of admin skills with domino but nothing with coding

So if you’ve got a new link showing up in the outline, does it say its Source is “computed” in the OutlineEntry properties?
