Hi,

Is there anyway to delete a contact in the Recent Contacts of the Lotus Notes Basic Client 8.5

Would appreciate if anyone could share.

The only way to access the hidden Recent Contacts view in the Basic client is to hold down CTRL-SHIFT and click View - Go To. Select (Recent Contacts) from the expanded view list.

Thanks, but when I do that the view on the hidden (recent contacts) is empty. But I do have recent contacts… what did i miss? Many Thanks

Recent Contacts are not supported in the Basic client. You need to launch the Standard client and start sending/opening mail. This will populate the Recent Contacts view.

recent contacts is a view in your personal address book, not in your mail file
