Is there any size limitation to a mailbox in order for its auto reply agent to run?

Is there any size limitation for a mailbox in order for an auto reply agent to run? I have an auto-reply agent created a few years back and has been running well. But since some time last year, it stopped running. I have checked the agent and its properties as well as the signer which did not find anything wrong. But I noticed the mailfile’s size has grown into 10GB. Not sure if this does matter. Anyway, I have advised user to do housekeeping and managed to bring down the size to 1.3GB, however, the agent still cannot be run.

fyi, there is only one auto-reply agent with using “Before new mail arrives” in this mailfile.

Can someone please shed some light with me on what will cause an auto reply agent suddenly stopped running?

Subject: check amgr sched, agent dates, try recreate

On the server console, do a check amgr sched and see what comes up. Just checking that amgr is running.

Look at this mailfile in domino Designer. Look at the agent properties. See if it was set to start at a certain date and end at a certain date. (Maybe the agent creator never dreamed it would be in use so long.)

Last ditch, try recreating the agent from scratch.
