We have had serious performance problems in our environment. It seems to us that those problems started after we upgraded both Mail and application server from 6.5.2 to version 6.5.5 (english version). We have other servers also that have still version 6.5.2. With performance problems I mean hanging situations and very slow response times. That does not happen to all of our users but for most of the users. No errors appears. Have someone else experienced same kind of problems?

Maija - could you provide an update as to whether you are still having these problems. We are considering an upgrade from 6.5.2 to 6.5.5, we need to propose whether this is likely to provide benefits or problems.

We have 38 Domino 6.5 servers in our environment. Most are on 6.5.2 or 6.5.3. We’ve upgraded five of them to 6.5.4 and then 6.5.5 and we’ve had problems with each of those similar to what you’ve described. The busier servers work great for 7-10 days and then slow down to the point of needing a reboot. Or, they lock up completely at that point. They were worse on 6.5.4 than on 6.5.5. But, they weren’t any problems at all before the 6.5.4 upgrade. So far we haven’t found a resolution. I’m considering trying to go back to a clean 6.5.3 install on them.
