We have mailing lists to our customers that are getting spammed because the lists can also receive mail (it goes to the internet addresses listed in the group). Is there a way to set up a mail only list of internet email addresses so that we can send messages but not receive any on this mail only list?

There is a very complicated way to achieve this in the configuration document. I will propose to do something more simple. You can create a rule to refuse the messages to this specific address in the same configuration document for the relevan server.
