Is there an easy way to export Notes message into the EML format?

Looking for a way to export Notes messages into the EML format which I can import them into Windows Mail.

Subject: Out of the box. No, but.

I have tried a thirt party software called Yellowkea EML Converter. Seem to do the job just fine. You may want to give it a try.
