Is there a @URLDecode equivalent in Java?

Hello,

If I was to decode a text string from a URL, which was initially encoded using @URLEncode on a form, how can I decode that in Java?

For the time being I am trying out evaluate method in Session but if there is a direct Java implementation of @URLDecode function I’d prefer to use that.
