Is The Designer only can do?

Hi All,

I am asking this doubt for so many people but yet not get the answer. Is the “Out of Office” can be enable only the designer access person??.

Or else the person whose is also having the Editor access can Enable it. Please give a cleare Idea. Dont say the answer as F1.
