I’m trying to find out what the new type of encryption is for NRPC, but ft searches on this db are only looking through very recent docs it seems. Anyone else with this problem?

The FT search capability has been broken for a long time. I finally submitted a bug report; I was told that it would be fixed as soon as possible. That was about a month ago, but the problems remain.As an example, I go to the Advanced search and enter 2 words: “search” “sort”. I chose All Words and did not justify the search further with other options. The search returned no hits. I then simply searched on “search”. This returned MANY results of
course, dozens of which had both “search” and “sort” in them!
I recommend that we all go to the LDD Feedback link in the left pane and report this. If searches work, the forums are a very valuable resource. It is tragic that the searches cannot be trusted.
