HiI would like to start working with Websphere,can anybody give some god advise were to start and which material will be reasonable.

If anybody know some good Forums on the Web I will appriciate to hear about.

Maybe the reason you didn’t get a reply to your previous posting, is that it is a question that does not belong in this forum. Websphere does not have any closer connection to Notes/Domino than DB2 does.
