Seems like this would be a good thing to have. I don’t see any option to do so in any of the settings documents. Anyone have any ideas how to ensure this is set without doing a desktop visit to each client?

I think syncronization is only possible by enalbling synchronization of Enable Contacts synchronization from Access & delegation Tab.
Then By Replication process it is possible.
Have no other such idea incuding Policy Process.
