Is it possible to rename user with the Web Administrator?

This seens a bit obvious, but I can’t find the option to rename a user with the Web Admin client. I can create users no problem (CA Process is up and running)

I was hoping to give Web Admin to our account administrators, but if you can’t rename with it, then there is no point.

Subject: Unfortunately, renaming users is currently only possible with the W32 Admin Client.
