we use a webdialer service from cisco for a click to call function.
Works OK so far, but when the user runs it for the first time, he gets a “cross certify” question for our cisco call managers web certificate.
As many users will NOT accept that (because they will not understand the dialog) … we are looking for a way to distribute this cross certification to the users address books - or could we even cross certify it on our server?
(I found sth in this forum which sounds as if, but didn’t understand it completly…):
