Is it possible to customize the design elements of a welcome page under designer and to deploy it?

Hi,

I have created a Corporate welcome page using the Bookmark template.

I would like to change the design of the database using designer.

But, I have read in this forum that modified design elements from the welcome page was not able to be deplyed to users.

Is it possible customize the welcome page under designer and to deploy the customised welcome page to the users ?

Subject: currently not a supported feature

At current time, you can only deploy home pages. Design elements are not supported. We do have customer requests for this, and may consider it for a future release.
