search the help for Mail Journaling or Mail Rules (Domino R6 only!!!). I think you can find something that want help you. With journaling is it possible to put a copy of any transfered mail in an separat database.

Otherwise you need separat tools like “group wall” for a rulebased deliverycontrol.

You can change the mail6.ntf for the mails to go through an approval cycle before routing out.
