Is the IF1 patch for 6.5.1 incorporated into 6.5.2 release? Or do we still need to apply IF1 if we’re loading other apps on?

Most(well I think all) of the quick fixes like IF1 are always implemented in the next major release. I doubt you could even install IF1 on a 6.5.2 server because of versioning differences.
