Is Debug_Logger_Buf_Full_No_Wait=1 still recommended for Domino 8.5.x/9.0.x?

Domino Configuration Tuner is recommending the following setting:

Status: The ‘Debug_Logger_Buf_Full_No_Wait’ setting is currently absent from NOTES.INI. Server:

Setting notes.ini Debug_Logger_Buf_Full_No_Wait=1 can help improve server peformance when transactional logging is enabled.

Set notes.ini Debug_Logger_Buf_Full_No_Wait=1 and restart the server.
