Can someone explain why when doc’s are deleted from an iPhone they are not visible in the Trash folder on the device at all? Am I to assume the emails are also removed from the user’s mailfile without actually being in the Trash folder?
Is there or is there not a way to synch the Trash view with the iPhone/iPad? If not, is support working on this?
I have a number of exec’s who are now using the iPhone/iPad as their mobile devices, and they are beginning to wonder where their deleted documents are going, if not into the Trash on their devices. Obviously this is beginning to make them very jittery.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!
