We have a user that is seeing weirdness on his iPhone with folders. They currently do not match his mail file on the server, but to make it more exciting, we tested this on an iPod Touch and the folders are different there too, making 3 different scenerios of folders. Anyone have any advice? I haven’t removed & added the profile, but even if that works, that doesn’t tell me why it happened this time…and if it happens again, that’s an ugly fix.
