Invitation to external change notes-name

Hi @ll,

since few days I’ve a problem with invitations from/to external. My users became invitations from an external client and accept them. But the mail to the external client is hanged on my domino server with the message “User XXX is not list in Domino Directory”.

The origin username “User Test/ACME/COM” will correct from the server (or client?) to “User_TEST/ACME/COM@@ACME”.

I’ve no idea, who I should found the error or the solution. Can anybody help me?

Subject: What’s changed?

What changed in association with the start of the issue? Was a Global Domain document added to the server? Was anything changed in the user’s Location documents, particularly the “Format for messages addressed to internet addresses” field on the mail tab?
