I have very strange problem.In mails from outside (internet) mail body is not visible. With internal mails are everything OK. Content of Fields in Document properties looks OK to me.
After clicking on the Forward button text in mail body appears.
This occurs only on one client. We have >350 in everyday work.
Any ideas!?

If you open this message, edit it, then save it, does the body become visible again?
Also, if you just send the message to yourself, does the message become visible as well?
I believe it may be related to HTML and the user’s Internet Browser Settings in their Location Document. I would check that tab and compare it with a working user. If there are differences, change the Location Document for the user who is having issues and see if that resolves the issue.
Additionally, does this issue occur if you open the message in the user’s Mail File from a Notes Client that does not exhibit this issue?

Solved. After the change File → Preferences → WebBrowser form default value (…embedded browser for this client) on the …default for this operating system thing works.
Obvious that the embedded client has problems.

Has anyone composed a list of what works/does not work when using the embedded browser?
