Invalid URL Exception in Xpage

Dear All,

We found sometime,the xpage can’t open the attachment url and occur below error,But normally it can work well,now we use domino 8.5,could you give me a hand?I guest some session handling error.

For example:

http://mchap1.murata.com.hk/APL/web_quotation.nsf/0/7967A44694AC52FC48257663002D9127/%24FILE/ExcelTemplate1.xls

The log:
