Invalid Originator.Sequence time (01/04/2085 12:56:47 AM)

Please complete the details below then remove this line:

Domino/Notes Version: HCL Domino 14.5 FP1
Operating System: Red Hat 9
Problem/Query:

After the FP1 installation , we test and everything was ok, but the next morning some servers was without service and too much crash.

After too much analize, we see that Domino try to put some databases in Quarantine:

FTFault> Found fault data file /domino/data/IBM_TECHNICAL_SUPPORT/ftfaultdata

FTFault> Successfully parsed fault data file /domino/data/IBM_TECHNICAL_SUPPORT/ftfaultdata; Filename /domino/data/mail/xxxxxx.nsf, NoteID: 0011F966, Quarantine info: other data.

When we try to run the compact we obtain the next output:

Invalid Originator.Sequence time (01/04/2085 12:56:48 AM) in note NT00xxxE (OF666ADF54:0F06FA34-ON24258D11:004B1533) in database /domino/data/mail/xxxxxxxxx.tmp

We can´t fix the database and we take offline the database to start the Domino Server.

The users have now a blank database, we find the Document ID and it´s a email from past month. I see all normal , and don´t see the date in the error in any place of the document. when we executed the compact command locally we lost the half of documents in the database.

Someone know how can I recover this databases??, all databases received the message are in the same situation.

Hi,

May we know if the affected database is based on a standard Domino template or a custom one? Also, does the affected database have a replica on another server? Additionally, what specific switches did you use when running the maintenance?

To better assist you, we recommend opening a support case and uploading the necessary logs for review.

Thank you.

Best regards,
Kaycery

Hi Kaycery,

Thanks for your answer.

We use a standard template, no customizations, we have replica in the cluster server, this server affected too, and we needed retired this from the cluster too.

We used Fixup -F -U, compact -c -i .

We will open the case right now.

Thanks
