Invalid or nonexistent document

Hi,When the user opens the application in question(say AppA)and then accesses other Lotus application and returns back to AppsA after some time, it gives the error message

“Invalid or nonexistent document”.

Could anyone please let me know what might be the problem?

Is AppA (your example) a notes document? What other Lotus application? A document or something like Lotus123?
