Invalid or Nonexistent document

We have a rep who is getting “Invalid or Nonexistent document” when he replicates. The server copy of his mail file appears to be fine and we can replicate it here without any problem. We tried to walk him througha nupdall and ncompact on his box, but the compact gave the same error. What is the fixup command for him to perform on his side and does anyone have any other suggestions?

Subject: Invalid or Nonexistent document

I am facing same problem when client is replicating mail file from server

“invalid or non-existing document”

Then I run compact -c to upgrade ODS to 43 in the client side, but I cannot upgrade my server ODS

becoz…the server is running still with R5.

I cannot run Fixup in the client side becoz I dont have fixup executablein the client.

Any help please

Subject: Invalid or Nonexistent document

is he replicating full documents? if the documents are stored in mime format, some large inline parts (e.g., a jpeg image) may be stored in database objects; that is, as file attachments. if he replicated a truncated document, this may explain the error.

His mail file very likely has some very large attachments in it. Do you know the fixup command for him to perform on his box. nfixup does not work.

I had the same problem and tried several solutions. The creation of a new replica was successfull.
