Invalid or nonexistent document when replicating

Hi all

HAve just setup a new client and when replicating the mail file it reports 'invalid or nonexistent document, failed with “servername/domain”.

Then when it gets to the send outgoing mail tab (for mail.box?) it reports unable to find path to server.

All other replicated d/b’s work fine. Has anyone got an ideas?
