One of our users “was” unable to delete messages from Thunderbird. We have tried to find a solution but have not succeeded, so we tried reinstalling Thunderbird. The user now received the following error “invalid lotus notes directory”.
No settings have changed from the server end. Any ideas would be very appreciated. We have also posted on the Thunderbird forums in hopes of someone coming up with an idea. TIA.
