Invalid JVM machine pointer when loading HTTP on Iseries

Hello all,

Domino R6 Web mail not operational on iSeries

After loading http below error was encountered:

HTTP Server: Using Web Configuration View

JVM: The Java Virtual Machine creation returned an invalid JVM machine pointer.

JVM: Java Virtual Machine failed to start

HTTP Server: Error Loading Java Virtual Machine

HTTP Server: JVM : Missing entrypoint inJVM runtime library.

HTTP Server: Shutdown

Machine and OS configuration:

V5R1 with cumulative ptf C2134510 on ISeries

Installed Licensed programs:

5722 SSI opt 12, 30

5722JV1 Base, opt. 3, 4, 5

5733LD6 no ptfs installed

we already removed the ptfd and reinstalled it again, but still the error exist. Hope somebody who had setup successfully the HTTP web access for R6 on Iseries would be kind to help us.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The cumulative PTF installed on my machine is C03007510; there are also a dozen of PTFs for 5722JV1 after SI03872.The HTTP task is running fine on my server.

thanks aditya for the reply, i’ll try to get that cumulative ptf. For 5722JV1 and SI03872, does my intalled ptfs for this are not enough?
