Invalid directory name or device

Hi,Kindly let us know the problem and solution for below error .

“Invalid directory name or device not ready”

This error coming while schedule replication happening between user home server and web server.If I do manually replication , its working fine with out any problem.

Error : 07/08/2009 01:02:49 AM Unable to replicate mail\XXXXX.nsf: Invalid directory name or device not ready.

There is nothing to do with mail file path… because replica id for both files in both servers are same. And also I previously mention that its replicating if I pass “Push” command in server console…
