My clients can’t login from internet after a password reset. Get the 401 HTTP error. It used to work fine, but just stopped. Not sure why. Anyone had the problem or an idea why this could happen.???
Subject: Can they still log in with the old password?
If the old password is still in effect, then you may need to run the following on your Domino server, to speed up the password change:
sh nlcache reset.
I’d make sure it’s really a user-specific problem before going further. Can the admin log in still? If so, then you know it’s a user problem. If it’s a database problem, maybe you have ‘don’t allow url open’ set in the db properties?
