Internet Password - Locked out

Hi,

I have a user that is unable to log on to DWA.

When he tries to log in we get a message in the Server Console. “authentication failure using internet password: User is locked out.”

Enforce Internet Password Lockout is enabled in the configuration document, but I am not able to find the user in the Internet Password Lockout Database…

Have anyone experienced the same? If so, what can I do to fix this problem ?

Suggestions is appreciated…
