Internet name not correct format

We have the “Domain document” set properly so that everyone’s email address formats properly:shortname@domainName.com

Except ONE new person… her’s insists on formatting as such:

My_Name/Mydomain.com%com

she HAS an internet name in her Person doc

she HAS an internet name in her Location doc

what else can cause this?

Subject: Solution !!!

The person was not the owner of the local address book (or the location documents). We created a new one, created new location documents FROM SCRATCH and replaced the existing names.nsf with the new one and all worked fine!
