Hi,

I am having troubles after dowloading IBM Notes trial, I hope I can find some help here!

My computer is a MAC OS 10.9.5, and I configured my account as discribed in the help. The incoming e-mails are via IMAP, and everything is set correctly, also in the working environment. When I open the repllication, a message appears, saying that I can’t perform the process on a Internet-Messaging-Database.

Has somebody already had such a problem, or any idea, what I am doing wrong?

I am not able to send and receive mails, when I want to open the mail window, a message appears saying that the server configuration is wrong. Here are screenshots of my replication page, my in- and outgoing accounts and my location, I hope it helps!

The incoming e-mails are via IMAP, and everything is set correctly, also in the working environment. → Does this mean you are able to send and receive mails?

Could you give us the following

  1. A screen shot of the replication page
  2. Details of the Incoming and Outgoing accounts in your Accounts Preferences page.
  3. Details of the location document created. Especially the Mail tab.
