I have a user whose sending and receiving mail from the Internet doesn’t act properly. Basically all e-mail he receives from the Internet comes in with a super small font (size 1). When he sends messages the font size on the receiving end becomes enormous (guessing around 24).
Has anyone seen this and how did you resolve it.

We have a single user who is having the same problem. (I’m stunned to find someone else with this - I thought this one was too weird to be happening to anyone else!)
User is running client 6.5.1 against a 6.5.1 mail server, and is configured to use MIME for outbound message format. Internet mail format is set to HTML and Plain Text, UTF-8.
Any progress on this on your own? I am considering upgrading her client to 6.5.3 for a start.

We have this for a few users on different mail servers. Found resetting the default fonts on the nOtes client resolved for some users. Not sure why.
