Hi,

I have some problems with the address that are seen by internet messages to goes to the internet.

Now the people have a from address like firstnamelastname@example.com but i need this "Firstname Lastname"firstnamelastname@example.com

How can i fix this ?

I know i can to this with the location document in the internet address field but i have 300 users :frowning:

So i needs a solution from the server side.

Hi Peter,

what you are looking for is the RFC822 Phrase Handling. You can enable this in the Server Configuration Settings under “Mime” → “Advanced” → “Advanced Outbound Message Options” → RFC822 phrase handling.
