Internet address get mixed up when user replied

Hi

Our user sent an email to an external party, together with a group of internal users. When user sent out the email the “TO” and “CC” field looks like this:

From: z/OU/internal

To: xxx@external.com

cc: a/OU/internal, b/OU/internal, c/OU/internal, d/OU/internal, e/OU/internal, f/OU/internal

However, when the external user make a reply, the internet addresses of those people in the cc List get mixed up. It will appear to be like this:

From: xxx@external.com

To: z@internal.com

cc: a a@internal.com, b c@internal.com, c d@internal.com, d e@internal.com, e e@internal.com

As a result, b did not receive any email from external party.

Note: b has got internet address, and there’s no problem translating b’s Notes address to Internet address at other times.

Pls advise, as this can result in inconsistencies of mails.

Regards

Rus

Subject: Have the same problem

I also have this kind of problem once in a while, not sure if the problem in the notes/domino side or in the external side.
