We have one user using iNotes only, and when she sends a message out, her address is changed, and the message bounces.
Her address is supposed to look like this:
but it always sends as june_smith@abc pub.abc.com
We’ve checked all settings, recreated her user account several times, etc. and nothing. What am I missing?
